The Army JROTC instructors must go through various stages to become an JROTC instructor. They must complete at least 20 years of military experience and obtain a bachelor degree or higher. They must meet the Army/AJROTC height/weight/body fat standards, high standards of military bearing, appearance and moral character. Overall, these instructors have earned their position as JROTC instructors
