Welcome to the Valley Vikings AJROTC Home Page! The Army Junior Reserve Officer's Training Corps was established in 1916 by the National Defense Act. This federally funded program was established to promote citizenship, service to the United States, personal responsibility, and leadership through education and mentoring.
